Indians fall to rival Wolves

The Indians fell to their cross-town rival Wolves 41-7 in a game that was more competitive than the final score indicates.

After the Wolves jumped out to a quick lead, the Indians seem to find their footing and played very good defense for long stretches during the game. Led by Senior LB Zashon Johnson, the defense recorded two sacks and the defensive line harassed the Wolves QB most of the game.

The offense found a spark in the second half mixing in the option with QB Drew Law and running back Cole Mueller running hard. The Indians got on the board in the fourth quarter with a nice run by Mueller.

Next up are the undefeated Washington Bluejays on Friday September 9th at Soby Field in Wentzville.
